What is LinkBeam?

LinkBeam is a revolutionary digital business card solution that uses NFC technology to instantly share all your contact information in a compact page with just a simple tap. No app required for recipients - they just tap your card with their phone to access your digital profile.
How does the NFC technology work?

NFC (Near Field Communication) allows two devices to communicate when they're close together. Your LinkBeam card contains an NFC chip that, when tapped against a smartphone, automatically opens your digital profile in their browser. It works with all modern smartphones - no special app needed!
Is LinkBeam compatible with all phones?

LinkBeam works with all NFC-enabled smartphones, which includes most iPhones (iPhone 7 and newer) and Android devices from the past 5+ years. Remember to enable NFC on your phone when tapping a card!

Can I customize my card?

Yes! Every LinkBeam card is customizable. We will laser-engrave your name on the front of your card.

How do I update my profile information?

What if I lose my card?

If you lose your card, you can order a replacement through your dashboard. As a security measure, you can also temporarily disable the lost card's NFC link until you receive your replacement. Your profile and all data remain safe in your account.
How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within Singapore, and 10-15 business days for international orders.
